1.   Cut off the foot of the sock.

2.   Put the rest of the sock onto the candle holder. Slightly roll the cut off end of the sock onto the inside, and fold the rib up onto the inside.

3.   Sew on a crocheted flower (see idea No. 12378) with needle and thread.
